1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the shipping service that you select:
- First Class Shipping: 3-7 days (weather permitting)
- USPS Priority Shipping: 2-3 days (USA Contiguous states)
- UPS or FED-EX Shipping: TBD (based on weight and package size)
For shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories, we recommend using either EXPEDITED SHIPPING or USPS Priority Mail for faster delivery. Please note that due to the pandemic, Canada Post is experiencing shipping delays of up to 30 days.

2. What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you have received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
3. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

4. What items are non-returnable?
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please note that sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.
5. How do I get a refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
